Since 2001 Beck IT hos been working with development and support of a CRM system for a group of opticians. This group of independent opticians desired much more focus on customer relations than possible in standard optician systems and made the decision of creating a common CRM system. In this system all activities, sms’es, emails, sent documents and other kind of information about the customers is stored in the system and content of customer letters is different depending on the knowledge of the customer profile. A very important part of the system is charging of monthly payments of subscription of rent of glasses or payments of lenses.
